Averro Consulting was founded by Gwilherm Lebigot and Desmond Fung, supply chain operators turned advisors who’ve worked across the hardware lifecycle—from scrappy prototype sourcing to high-volume global production. After years managing sourcing programs in China, Mexico, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the U.S. for both startups and Fortune 500 companies, we saw a growing gap: early and mid-stage hardware teams lacked access to experienced, flexible supply chain guidance that could scale with them.
